The friendly staff here went above and beyond to assist with everything we needed.

We booked a double room that was complete with microwave, a nice comfortable chair plus a love seat or even a nice comfortable chair as advertised. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge were available too. The experience was enjoyable, would come there again: D

Would stay here again for the fantastic breakfast. the hotel is fairly clean. - the staff is dedicated and welcoming. - the location is exceptionally nice, very close to a park in Ottawa and the nearby airport.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with bagels, fruits, and had all you need.

The hotel was fabulous. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Rooms were huge and luxurious. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making facilities, and a fridge were provided. I am looking forward to going back to this wonderful hotel soon.
